Um trágico acidente próximo ao meio dia de hoje, vitimou o casal Clério Mecca, (38 anos), e sua esposa Fabiane M. Mecca (sua idade não foi informada), o acidente ainda envolveu uma criança de aproximadamente 01 ano de idade, porém, a criança foi socorrida e no momento esta internada no Hospital Nossa Senhora de Fátima de Alpestre. A Fatalidade aconteceu na propriedade da família, localizada na Comunidade de São Roque. Segundas informações da Policia Civil de Alpestre, que atendeu a ocorrência, no local havia um açude, o qual, a vítima tinha feito um cercado com 02 fios elétricos, para evitar que os animais chegassem até o açude; porém, o aparelho que regulava a voltagem estava estragado; então a vítima fez uma ligação direta, e hoje, quando Clério estava trabalhando no local, encostou-se, e acabou morrendo eletrocutado no local, sua esposa que estava com a criança na tentativa de ajudar, tentou socorrer o marido e também acabou falecendo no local. A criança foi encontrada pelo avô perto dos corpos e trazida até o hospital para atendimento, a mesma segue em estado de observação. O Casal deixa a dois filhos, a criança de aproximadamente 1 ano, e um jovem de 16 anos.Atenderam a ocorrencia o Inspetor Cristiano Trentin da PC e o Comissário Guerra.
