Olimpíada: Brasil empata com Costa do Marfim no futebol masculino
O Brasil ficou no 0 a 0 com a Costa do Marfim na madrugada deste domingo (25) pela 2ª rodada do futebol masculino da Olimpíada de Tóquio 2020. A partida foi disputada no estádio de Yokohama.
A seleção nacional acabou jogando desde os 13 minutos do primeiro tempo com um jogador a menos, já que o volante Douglas Luiz foi expulso com auxílio do VAR em lance muito discutível. O número de atletas só foi igualado aos 34 minutos do segundo tempo, com a expulsão do marfinense Eboue Kouassi,.
Na etapa inicial o Brasil sofreu bastante para segurar os africanos. Mas, no segundo tempo, o time do técnico André Jardine conseguiu criar as melhores chances, sem sucesso. Com esse resultado, a seleção nacional foi a quatro pontos e segue líder do grupo D, dependendo de apenas um empate com a Arábia Saudita na quarta-feira (28) para avançar. A Costa do Marfim também tem quatro pontos, mas aparece na vice-liderança pela diferença no saldo de gols.
