A Secretaria Estadual de Saúde do Acre (Sesacre) emitiu, no domingo, 25, uma nota técnica com orientações para as grávidas e mulheres com até 45 dias de pós-parto (puérperas) que receberam a primeira dose da vacina AstraZeneca contra a Covid-19 para que se vacinem com a segunda dose da Pfizer. Segundo a secretaria, caso não seja possível por falta do imunizante nas unidades, o grupo deve ser vacinado com a Coronavac.
A orientação segue autorização dada na sexta-feira, 23, pelo Ministério da Saúde. Anteriormente, a determinação do Estado para os municípios, também seguindo orientação da pasta, era para que grávidas e puérperas completassem o esquema vacinal com o mesmo imunizante 45 dias após o parto.
Para receber a segunda dose de um imunizante de outro fabricante, a secretaria estadual destaca que é necessário que o grupo leve a carteira de vacinação.
