Tempestade de granizo deixa 60 desalojados e mais de 4 mil afetados no RS
A tempestade de granizo que atingiu o Rio Grande do Sul nessa segunda-feira provocou diversos danos em algumas cidades do interior gaúcho. De acordo com o boletim da Defesa Civil, nove cidades registraram ocorrências que, entre elas, deixou 60 pessoas desalojadas e mais de 4 mil afetados.
Segundo o órgão, a cidade de Getúlio Vargas decretou, nesta terça-feira, situação de emergência. No município, 300 casas foram atingidas parcialmente, 1,2 mil pessoas afetadas e uma escola também teve algum tipo de dano.
Além dela, as cidades de Erebango, Estação, André da Rocha, Guabjiu, São Valério do Sul, Dois Irmãos das Missões, Saranduva e Vanini também registraram alguma ocorrência por causa da tempestade.
Nas cidades, a Defesa Civil entregou lonas para as famílias atingidas, e servidores municipais e voluntários estão auxiliando na distribuição do material.
A tempestade antecipou a chegada da frente fria que começa a agir com mais força sobre o Estado a partir desta quarta-feira. Segundo a MetSul Meteorologia, os dias mais frios devem acontecer na quinta e sexta-feira no Estado.
