Confiança empresarial aumenta 3,1 pontos em julho, diz FGV

Confiança empresarial aumenta 3,1 pontos em julho, diz FGV

Pela quarta vez consecutiva o Índice de Confiança Empresarial (ICE) medido pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Economia da Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-Ibre) registrou alta. Dessa vez foi de 3,1 pontos em julho e atingiu 101,9 pontos. O índice varia de zero a 200 e, acima de 100 pontos, indica confiança.

De acordo com o Ibre, trata-se do maior nível desde junho de 2013. O Índice de Confiança Empresarial (ICE) consolida os quatro índices de confiança dos setores cobertos pelas Sondagens Empresariais produzidas pela FGV IBRE, que são o da Indústria, de Serviços, do Comércio e da Construção (imagem em destaque).

O superintendente de Estatísticas do FGV-Ibre, Aloisio Campelo Jr., informou que o ICE rompeu em julho a barreira de neutralidade dos 100 pontos com alta de confiança nos quatro principais setores pesquisados. O coordenador ponderou, no entanto, que apesar do número agregado favorável, percebe-se ainda bastante heterogeneidade nos resultados.

“No Setor de Serviços, a percepção sobre a situação atual continua fraca e a boa notícia é o retorno do otimismo em relação aos próximos meses em segmentos como Alojamento e Alimentação, dois dos que vêm sofrendo mais, durante a pandemia [de covid-19]. A confiança do Comércio ultrapassou os 100 pontos com avaliações muito favoráveis sobre o presente em segmentos como Materiais de Construção e Veículos, Motos, Partes e Peças e mais fracas nos Super e Hipermercados. A Indústria, setor com desempenho mais consistente nos últimos meses, continua enfrentando problemas no abastecimento de importantes insumos”, disse.

Houve avanço ainda nos indicadores componentes nos dois horizontes de tempo. O destaque ficou com o índice que reflete expectativas em relação ao futuro próximo. O Índice de Situação Atual Empresarial (ISA-E) cresceu 1,6 ponto, alcançando 99,7 pontos, o nível mais alto desde outubro de 2013. Já o Índice de Expectativas (IE-E) avançou 3 pontos, chegando a 103,9 pontos, o maior nível desde junho de 2013.

De acordo com o Ibre, com destaque para a melhora das expectativas de curto prazo, todos os grandes setores que integram o ICE registraram elevação no mês. Esta é também a primeira vez em que todos os setores registram índices superiores aos do período pré-pandemia, algo até então alcançado somente pela Indústria.

Disseminação

O resultado de julho mostrou ainda que a confiança empresarial subiu em 73% dos 49 segmentos integrantes do ICE. Isso significa um recuo da disseminação frente aos 82% do mês passado. Segundo o IBRE, apenas a Indústria em disseminação de alta da confiança, inferior a 50%, , entre os grandes setores.
