Homem é preso por estuprar e engravidar menina de 12 anos
A Polícia Civil, através dos Agentes de Cerro Largo, com apoio da Delegacia de Giruá, prendeu homem com 34 anos de idade, pela prática do crime de Estupro de Vulnerável. O homem mantinha relações com uma menina (desde os 11 anos de idade dela) na cidade de Ubiretama.
Logo que tomou conhecimento dos fatos, o Delegado Charles representou pela prisão preventiva do elemento, que teve parecer favorável do Ministério Público, e foi decretada pelo Poder Judiciário de Cerro Largo. O relacionamento tinha consentimento da avó da vítima, que tinha sua guarda. A menina, que hoje tem 12 anos está grávida.
O imputado foi encaminhado ao presídio e a vítima encaminhada para uma casa de acolhimento em São Luiz Gonzaga. Devido a Lei de Abuso de Autoridade, a polícia não é autorizada a repassar a identificação do preso.
