Morre o terceiro paciente em decorrência de surto de Covid-19 no Hospital Conceição
O Grupo Hospitalar Conceição (GHC) confirmou, na manhã desta terça-feira, a morte de mais uma pessoa em decorrência de um surto de coronavírus que atingiu o Hospital Nossa Senhora da Conceição, em Porto Alegre, na semana passada. A vítima é uma mulher, de 84 anos, era residente de Alvorada. Ela tinha câncer e problemas cardíacos.
Segundo a nota divulgada pela instituição de saúde, além do terceiro óbito, o surto teve o acréscimo de mais cinco pessoas, chegando a 59 contaminadas com o coronavírus. São 15 profissionais e 44 pacientes. Cinco pessoas seguem internadas em leitos de UTIs e uma pessoa em leito clínico. Os demais estão em tratamento domiciliar.
Entre os pacientes contaminados no surto do Hospital Conceição, 84% deles havia feito a primeira dose da vacina e 64,1% com o esquema vacinal completo. Entre os profissionais de saúde, 93% estavam vacinados.
