Motocicletas terão isenção de pedágio em novas concessões de rodovias
O Ministério da Infraestrutura estabeleceu a diretriz de política pública que isenta as motocicletas do pagamento da tarifa de pedágio. A medida vale para os projetos de concessão de rodovias federais que estão em fase interna de licitação, ou seja, prévia à publicação dos editais de leilão. A portaria foi publicada hoje (12) no Diário Oficial da União.
O texto atinge os seguintes projetos de licitação: BR-116/101/RJ/SP; BR-381/262/MG/ES; BR-116/465/493/RJ/MG; lotes um a seis das Rodovias Integradas do Paraná; lotes em estruturação pelo Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (BNDES); BR-040/495/MG/RJ; BR-040/DF/GO/MG (relicitação); BR-158/155/MT/PA; BR-135/316/MA; BR-163/267/MS (relicitação); e BR-060/153/262/DF/GO/MG (relicitação).
Com a nova diretriz, a Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT) também deverá adotar as providências pertinentes, em especial quanto aos ajustes nos Estudos de Viabilidade Técnica, Econômica e Ambiental (EVTEA) dos projetos atingidos.
