Talibã anuncia fim da guerra no Afeganistão e que todos estão perdoados
Os talibãs anunciaram, nesta terça-feira (17), que a guerra acabou no Afeganistão e decretaram um perdão geral, em sua primeira coletiva de imprensa depois de tomarem o controle de Cabul. "A guerra acabou, (o líder do Talibã) perdoou todo o mundo", declarou o porta-voz dos rebeldes, Zabihullah Mujahid. "Nos comprometemos a deixar as mulheres trabalharem de acordo com o respeito aos princípios do Islã", acrescentou.
Pouco antes, o co-fundador e número dois do Talibã, o mulá Abdul Ghani Baradar, retornou ao Afeganistão vindo do Catar, onde dirigia o gabinete político do movimento. Mujahid afirmou que os talibãs estabelecerão um governo em greve, mas forneceu poucos detalhes sobre sua composição, além do fato de que "vai se conectar com todas as partes". "Todos do lado oposto estão perdoados, de A a Z. Não buscamos vingança", afirmou.
Questionado sobre as diferenças entre o movimento que foi expulso do poder há anos e os atuais talibãs, o porta-voz afirmou que "não há diferença" em relação à "ideologia e às crenças". Mas "sem dúvida há muitas diferenças" com base "na experiência, maturidade e conhecimento", acrescentou. "Os passos de hoje serão positivamente diferentes em comparação com os do passado", destacou.
