DetranRS alerta sobre falsos e-mails de multas e penalidades
Após receber novas denúncias da circulação de falsos e-mails sobre multas e penalidades, o DetranRS reforça um importante alerta à população sobre os cuidados para não ser vítima de golpes virtuais.
O DetranRS não envia e-mails de notificação de infrações e penalidades. As comunicações são realizadas aos proprietários de veículos por correios, com aviso de recebimento (AR). Para quem aderiu ao Sistema de Notificação Eletrônica (SNE) do Denatran, as notificações são enviadas exclusivamente via aplicativo Carteira Digital de Trânsito.
O e-mail malicioso traz links que conter vírus ou mesmo pedir para o cidadão a informar dados pessoais. O DetranRS orienta condutores e proprietários de veículos a sempre conferir a situação de CNH e veículos diretamente nos órgãos oficiais, como no site detran.rs.gov.br, ou aplicativo Carteira Digital de Trânsito.
