BM apreende armas e munições em ocorrência Maria da Penha em Constantina
Na madrugada deste domingo (29/08), por volta das 03h30min, a Brigada Militar de Constantina, foi solicitada para dar atendimento em ocorrência Maria da Penha (lesão corporal) no bairro São Roque.
No local, encontrava-se a vítima lesionada, sendo socorrida e encaminhada pela guarnição ao Hospital local.
No retorno à residência, os policiais efetuaram buscas com a permissão da mulher, para verificar se o agressor não havia voltado ao local, sendo que foi encontrado e apreendido:
- 01 espingarda cal 36, em situação de furto;
- 01 espingarda cal 32 cano duplo numeração suprimida;
- 37 cartuchos cal 36;
- 11 cartuchos Cal 36 recarregados;
- 21 cartuchos plástico cal 36;
- 10 cartuchos cal 32 recarregados;
- 03 cartuchos plásticos cal 32;
- 01 pote de pólvora;
- 02 caixas de espoleta;
- 01 calibrador de cartucho;
- 01 cartucheira de couro.
O homem acusado, foi localizado dentro de um carro próximo da casa, onde foi procedida a abordagem e dado voz de prisão ao mesmo.
O indivíduo e o material apreendido foi apresentado a Delegacia de Polícia para registro da ocorrência.
