Homem estupra menino de 13 anos após ser abrigado por família em Caxias do Sul
A Brigada Militar prendeu no início da tarde desta terça-feira, dia 31, um homem de 25 anos acusado de abusar sexualmente de um menino de 13 anos. A prisão ocorreu na Rua Antônio Agostinho Spegiorin, no bairro Santa Catarina, em Caxias do Sul.
De acordo com o boletim de ocorrência os policiais foram acionados pela mãe da vítima. A mesma percebeu um comportamento diferente do jovem. Durante a conversa ele confessou que estava sendo molestado. Ainda conforme a mãe, o autor era morador de rua, e foi abrigado pela família na residência recentemente.
Conforme o relato o menor foi obrigado a fazer sexo oral com o autor, e em seguida ocorreu a conjunção carnal. Uma viatura da Brigada Militar foi até o local, onde encontrou o menino em estado de choque.
O acusado foi detido pelos familiáres da vítima até a chegada dos policiais. O adolescente foi encaminhado para o IML para realização de exames de corpo de delito. O acusado foi preso em flagrante, e colocada a disposição da justiça.
