Homem é preso após efetuar disparos para intimidar Conselheiros Tutelares em Passo Fundo
Na noite desta segunda-feira (06), a Brigada Militar/3°RPMon, efetuou a prisão de um homem após disparos de arma de fogo, para intimidar conselheiros tutelares, em Passo Fundo. O fato foi na rua Carlos Machine, bairro Cruzeiro, em Passo Fundo.
A Sala de Operações 190, recebeu uma ligação de Conselheiros Tutelares que um morador de uma residência no Bairro Cruzeiro, teria efetuado disparos de arma de fogo contra os agentes do Conselho Tutelar, durante prestação de um atendimento.
Duas guarnições foram até a residência e após tratativas com os moradores, estes franquearam a entrada da Brigada Militar no local.
Durante revista na residência, foi localizada uma pistola Taurus, calibre .380, com dois carregadores e 18 munições intactas, registrada em nome de L.L.P. de 50 anos. O homem assumiu ser autor dos disparos.
Diante dos fatos o indivíduo foi preso, sendo conduzido até a Delegacia de Polícia de Pronto Atendimento (DPPA) para registro do fato.
