Reajuste salarial fica abaixo da inflação em agosto
No mês de agosto, o reajuste salarial mediano no país ficou 1,4 ponto percentual abaixo da inflação, considerando como base o Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor (INPC). Apenas 9,5% das negociações resultaram em ganhos reais, de acordo com o boletim Salariômetro, divulgado hoje (23) pela Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas (Fipe).
O reajuste médio negociado foi de 8,5% em agosto, enquanto o INPC, no acumulado de 12 meses, ficou em 9,9%. O piso salarial mediano - modelo que corrige discrepâncias - negociado foi de R$ 1.255 em agosto, enquanto o piso médio foi de R$ 1.396.
O Salariômetro analisa os resultados de 40 negociações salariais coletivas, que são depositados no Portal Medidor, do Ministério da Economia.
Não houve aumento mediano real como resultado das negociações em nenhum dos últimos 12 meses, conforme a fundação. Desde setembro do ano passado, o índice tem oscilado de -1,4% a zero.
Segundo a Fipe, a inflação projetada para as próximas datas-base ficará perto dos 10%, o que deverá comprimir o espaço para ganhos reais no futuro.
