Foragido acusado de homicídio é capturado pela polícia em Pinhal
Após intensas investigações, a Polícia Civil de Pinhal obteve sucesso na prisão de Moisés da Silva Taques, de 22 anos, acusado de homicídio doloso qualificado. O crime ocorreu em 21 de março deste ano, na linha Pitol, no interior do município de Pinhal, no Norte do Estado.
Moisés, que estava foragido desde maio, decidiu se entregar voluntariamente na manhã desta terça-feira (20) na Delegacia de Polícia de Pinhal, acompanhado de seu advogado. Ele era alvo de um mandado de prisão preventiva, expedido após a investigação policial apontar sua participação no assassinato de Alzirio Penz Soares, de 53 anos.
A vítima foi brutalmente atacada com facadas enquanto percorria o trajeto entre sua residência e o local de trabalho. Durante as diligências, a Polícia Civil realizou diversas ações para a completa elucidação do caso, inclusive divulgando imagens de Moisés como parte de um apelo à comunidade para obter informações sobre seu paradeiro.
No entanto, a busca chegou ao fim com a prisão do suspeito, que admitiu sua participação no crime, alegando ter agido em legítima defesa. As investigações prosseguem para confirmar as circunstâncias detalhadas do fato.
Ele foi conduzido à Delegacia de Polícia de Pinhal para os devidos procedimentos legais. Ele deverá responder pelo crime de homicídio doloso qualificado.
