Além de cumprir pena, autor da chacina em Saudades terá que pagar quase R$ 3,5 milhões as famílias
Além da sentença de 329 anos e quatro meses de prisão, o autor da chacina a creche de Saudades no Oeste de Santa Catarina, terá que pagar cerca de R$ 3,5 milhões, em indenizações, para os familiares das cinco vítimas fatais e para as demais vítimas do ataque. A decisão aconteceu nesta quinta-feira (10), no Fórum de Pinhalzinho (SC), município sede da comarca.
O crime aconteceu em 04 de maio de 2021 e deixou cinco pessoas mortas. O réu foi condenado por cinco homicídios triplamente qualificados (motivo torpe, meio cruel e emprego de recurso que dificultou a defesa das vítimas) e pela tentativa de matar outras 14 pessoas.
Conforme a Justiça, ele terá de indenizar em R$ 500 mil, cada família das cinco vítimas fatais, em 400 mil, a família do bebê que foi socorrido e sobreviveu ao ataque e 40 mil para cada uma das 14 vítimas da tentativa de homicídio. Somadas, as indenizações chegam a R$ 3.460.000.
