COOGAMAI divulga nota de esclarecimento sobre acidente em garimpo irregular
A COOGAMAI foi informada no dia de ontem (28/08), quanto a um acidente ocorrido em um garimpo na cidade de Frederico Westphalen, que estaria trabalhando de maneira ilegal, tirando a vida de um trabalhador. Lamentamos pelo ocorrido, e, esclarecemos, que o garimpo em questão não pertence a área de atuação da COOGAMAI, não pertencendo as PLG (Permissões de Lavra Garimpeiras), registradas na ANM (Agencia Nacional de Mineração).
A entidade reitera que continua sua missão contra a atuação de garimpo ilegal, buscando a regularização e adequação conforme orientações dos órgãos competentes, para que a Lavra de seus associados se torne cada vez mais segura atendendo as boas práticas da atividade minerária, bem como, a legislação vigente.
Informamos também, que todas as atividades minerarias dentro das áreas da COOGAMAI, continuam paralisadas até a completa regularização junto aos órgãos competentes.
A entidade segue atuando para garantir segurança e orientação aos seus associados.
